I am a Bristol-based Norwegian yoga teacher who has been living in the UK for one year.
I offer dynamic yoga classes with an emphasis on improved mobility and balance, strength building and injury prevention. My classes are designed to suit both beginners and more experienced practitioners, since the exercises can be adapted to each individual. 
A typical class will contain breathing exercises, a gentle warm-up, sun salutations, standing poses, floor poses and relaxation towards the end.
Yoga is an excellent addition to many forms of training, such as weightlifting, martial arts, running or cycling.
I trained as a yoga teacher with an emphasis on fitness, yoga for beginners and development of a personalised practice. Before moving to the UK, I taught yoga for three years in Norway. My main teaching place was at Myrens Sportssenter in Oslo, where I taught yoga fitness and ashtanga yoga.
